Shipping Policy
Delivery Time:
All the products shall be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from time of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products depends on the location of delivery.
Note: Products that are order to make are specified in the product details and delivery time will 3-7 days from the time of order.
Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-4 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 6- 7 days of shipping.
Shipping Charges
All orders above 300Rs are eligible for free shipping.Shipping charges are charged as mentioned while purchasing the item.

Shipping Partners and trust in Delivery process?
Our primary shipping partner for delivery is Delhivery.
However, based on pin code and better service we have partnered with FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC etc for the delivery of our products to you.
Order and Shipping Process:
Once your order is complete you shall receive an email notification
After your product is shipped, you will receive notification from us with the tracking details. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

International Shipping
We ship internationally from www.swapnamedicalpublishers.com. If you choose to ship internationally from any of our web shops, international shipping charges will be included in your order depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country which is not controlled or issued by Swapna Medical Publishers. If your package is being shipped outside of India, it is possible that it may be delayed in customs. This is a standard inspection, and, regretfully, we do not have any authority to speed up the process. If you still haven’t received your order 30 days after it was processed, please contact meeshasales@gmail.com / orders@swapnamedicalpublishers.com

Opened/Tampered/Damaged Packages:
