Swapna Medical Publishers accepts returns only if the product is damaged during the shipping or damaged at the source or has a manufacturing defect, has a sizing issue. It is highly recommended to take Photo and Video in such cases for smooth transaction of return or replacement. Swapna Medical Publishers shall refund to the source payment mode.
To be eligible for return, the products delivered should be intact with all the tags and packaging. In case of any queries during the return or refund process please feel free to contact meeshasales@gmail.com
Return Process:
Write to us at meeshasales@gmail.comand our customer care team will contact you within 48 hours.
Initiating a return request:
Our team shall initiate the return request and provide you necessary details for return and make it hazzle free.
Refund:
Refund will be initiated after the receipt of goods to the source.
Refund amount of the Goods value that has been paid by the customer will be refunded to the source in 7-14 days. Your funds can be refunded to source based on the payment mode.
Please mention your Google Pay or Paytm numbers in any other cases for refund.
How to return or do reverse shipping:
Couriered Self: When customer chose to courier the product by self, Swapna Medical Publishers shall provide 300Rs credit to the customer.
